If you would like to request an early check-in, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you, no guarantees, but we will try. 

 

Luggage Storage: 

 

Shuttling to Breck or arriving early or leaving later in the day?  The Village at Breckenridge has luggage storage lockers that guests can reserve the day of arrival or departure for daily storage (no overnight storage) via the electronic app.  Each luggage locker can store luggage and skis for a family of 4.  More than one storage locker can be reserved.

 

Driving Directions: 

 

*From Denver: Travel West on I-70.  Exit 203 Frisco/Breckenridge

*Follow the roundabout off the exit to continue onto Highway 9 into Breckenridge. You will be directed to take a right onto North Park Avenue upon arrival in town (**This turn is BEFORE the Breckenridge Roundabout). Continue about 1 mile through 2 streetlights.

*The Village at Breckenridge is located on the right-hand side of the street. Please pull into the circular drive and into the second entrance on your right. Further building instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

 

 Parking vs Shuttle to Breck:

Shuttling to Breckenridge from Denver International Airport (DIA) is the preferred way to arrive.  Most shuttles have Wi-Fi on board and are awesome at getting around the mountain roads and traffic.  Once you arrive most guests do not use their car.  The condo is in the perfect location next to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and right in town next to historic Main Street.  Walk to restaurants, shops, and events in town.  There is also free bus service throughout town that stops right in front of Village at Breck.  There is also free Trolley that runs along Main Street.  The grocery store is a couple of blocks away or have groceries and liquor delivered (very popular also see below).  When booking a shuttle use Village at Breckenridge 535 S. Bustang: Operates Saturday and Sunday for $25/+round trip (prices can change without notice) to Union Station in Denver to Breck. Direct train to DIA. 

Luggage Storage: Luggage lockers are available by reservation via the electronic app for guests that arrive early or stay late.

Parking:  Paid Parking is limited at the Village at Breckenridge in the heated garage.  If you are driving, please let us know and we can check and see if there is a parking permit available.  A parking permit is $25-$45/nt depending upon the season and high demand times(pricing can change without notice) in the heated garage if space is available. A permit is required to enter the heated garage, there is not an assigned space.  Guests can park in any legal space.  The green area is closest to Peak 9, the red area is next to the Wetterhorn Building and the yellow area is closest to the Antero Building.   If there is not a permit available there is overnight parking in designated town lots:

Parking Permits must be returned to our Owner’s Lock Box at check out for next guests use.  Do not drop the permit in the general drop box. Please take a picture of the permit in the lock box at check out at send to (303) 570-5961. If the parking permit is not returned to Owner’s Lock Box there will be $100 fine since the next guest will not be able to retrieve the parking permit for their stay.

F Lot (400 S. Park Avenue) Rates start at $.50/hour+ day parking only and pricing can vary based on seasonality. Parking is first come/first serve.

Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking (parking fees can change without notice):

Ice Rink Lot (189 Boreas Pass Rd) $15+/nt- $25+/nt Fri-Sat (0.5 miles with town shuttles that drop off at the Village)

Airport Road Parking Lot (1700 Airport Road) The cost is $5/day- $10/day+ for Fri-Sun. Overnight parking is limited to 14 days. 

Free Bus and Trolley Transportation: Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Town of Breckenridge Free Ride offers free transportation to Breckenridge Resort Base Areas and throughout the Town of Breckenridge 365 days a year from 6:15 a.m.-11:15 p.m. We encourage all guests and visitors to utilize the free transportation service and leave your vehicle at home!

Uber, Lyft & Bikes

• • Breckenridge and Summit County have an extensive amount of Uber and Lyft drivers available through their respective apps

• • Biking in Breck: Don't forget about the option to rent a bike. Breckenridge is an extremely bike friendly town — a fat bike in the winter or a cruiser bike in the summer! Several shops in town, such as Breck Sports, offer bike rentals.

Ski Valet is available at the Village at Breckenridge: 

 

Ski Valet with Christy Sports “Breckenridge Village” in the Shavano Building 555 S Park Ave. hours 8am-6pm.  Guest will need to show their room key.

 

Luggage carts: Located at the main entrance, in the parking garage or parking lobby areas of each building. Guests are welcome to use the luggage carts to bring items to the condo. 

Supplies and Linens included: The condos have a full kitchen with salt and pepper, spice rack, and coffee makers. Shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and soap.  Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, soaps and full set of linens              and towels. 

Coffee and Coffee Makers: If you are a coffee lover, we recommend you bring your favorite coffee, Coffee filters will be in the condo.

Daily housekeeping or additional towel service will not be available during your stay. 

Trash chute is near the elevator for each condo. 

Please do not put pizza boxes in the chute. These can be carried down to 

the garage level and put in the dumpster if you need to remove them.

Laundry: 

There are new full-size washers and dryers on each floor.  There is a QR code on the machines to add funds to.  Bright Haus Villa has a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. A starter set of laundry soap should be under the kitchen sink.

Health Club/Pool/Hot Tubs/ Fitness Center:

           Fitness Center hours 6am-10pm, Pool/Hot Tub hours: 10am-10pm

          The newly renovated Health Club with 4 Outdoor Hot Tubs, Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Fitness Area, Clubhouse, Pool Tables, Shuffleboard, Arcade games and Fireplace with TV's to relax with friends and family.  Watch your children at Ski School f               from the Health Club, Hot Tubs and Pool and enjoy the Beautiful Ski Area Views.

Fire Pits and BBQ:  There are 3 fire pits in the Village at Breck Plaza for guests to use and 2 gas BBQ’s. 

          next to the Wetterhorn Bldg and 2 BBQ grills across the driveway by the pool area next to the Chateau Building

 

Maggie: The Maggie has breakfast, lunch, snacks, Apre’s Ski, bar, coffee and ski rental.

 

Food Trucks: There are a couple of food trucks in the plaza serving breakfast burritos to lunch Snacks, coffee and hot chocolate.

Check out information:

Please message us when you have left the condo for departure verification.  Pick up and empty all trash into the hallway trash chute by the elevators.  If you have time to start the dishwasher that would be greatly appreciated. If guests reserved a parking permit, they must leave the garage prior to 11am.  The garage parking is very limited and highly regulatd.  All vehicle license plates are scanned upon entry.  Departure from the garage after 11am guests will incur high fees and possible boot or towing.
